Surprisingly, there are so many ways to make a paper plane! Origami is a special art of creating a wide variety of shapes from paper, even very complex ones. Fortunately, making an airplane is very simple, consider the so-called classic method.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a sheet of paper or thin, lightweight cardboard. The sheet should be oblong and rectangular. If you are using cardboard, do not choose glossy - it is covered with a special layer that folds very unevenly at the folds. Place the sheet in front of you. Fold it in half so that the fold line is vertical and trace along it with your fingernail. Now unbend to its original position - this is how we marked the vertical axis of symmetry.

Step 2

Now fold the upper right and left corners so that their sides “meet” on the center line. At this stage, the corners (with the correct choice of sheet parameters) should occupy less than a third of the entire shape. The smaller these corners and the larger the wings. the lighter the airplane, and it is able to fly a much greater distance.

Step 3

Now take and fold the resulting triangle so that the shape resembles a sealed envelope.

Step 4

Now we start with the creation of the "wings": wrap the formed upper corners in the same way as the previous ones. True, they should not "meet" by the sides on the central fold line - there should be quite a distance between the corners, albeit very small. This will make the nose of the aircraft much lighter. You need to wrap the corners so that a small triangle is visible from under them, which should also be wrapped, as if securing the new folded corners.

Step 5

Now bend the airplane again along the central vertical axis, spread its wings - it is ready to fly!
