Instructions
Step 1
First of all, draw a drawing of the future cutter on the cutter. Then cut it with a metal cutter. If there are a lot of sparks, then the steel is good, carbonaceous and will just be suitable for wood carving.

Grind the resulting blank of the cutter knife on a grinding machine, constantly placing the knife in water to avoid overheating.

Step 4
Then glue the knife in a vice. This usually takes up to 12 hours. After gluing, sand the handle and sharpen the knife to the desired degree of sharpness. By the way, you can make a regular knife in the same way.

Wood knives are also made from a power saw blade by cutting the workpiece so that a hole in the end of the saw is used to attach the wooden handle of the knife.
