Before, every child knew what a garrison cap looked like - a traditional headdress for military pilots. Today, the cap is no longer associated with a military uniform, but with a children's suit - the cap can be safely called a worthy element of a children's festive outfit that will decorate any matinee. It also happens that a whole group of children is preparing for a performance or a scene in which each child needs a headdress. You can get out of the situation very simply - make several paper caps at once. They will turn out to be strong and durable, and perhaps children can use them in other scenes.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a large enough rectangular piece of paper and place it vertically in front of you. Then fold the sheet of paper in half, aligning the longitudinal edges. Unfold the sheet and bend it again, but not vertically, but horizontally.
Step 2
Having made a horizontal center fold, bend the side edges of the sheet to the fold. Then take the top corners of the workpiece and bend them inward. Straighten the corners. Bend the resulting rectangle several times, then fold the edges back and turn the resulting shape over.
Step 3
Re-fold the rectangle several times. Straighten the finished cap, unfold the lower pocket, and then give it a volumetric shape - press its upper part a little inward, flattening the upper edge of the fold. Thus, the cap will resemble a real headdress.
Step 4
In order for the cap to fit in size for you or your child, prepare a large enough sheet of paper - an A4 sheet will turn out to be too small a product. You will need a larger format such as A3 or A2.
Step 5
You can present a pilot hat made of paper not only to your children, but also to your friends to entertain them on their birthday or at a corporate event.
