Beading is a fun activity. With enough experience, you can make very beautiful fakes: jewelry, souvenirs, key chains, etc. If you don't have much experience yet, you can do simple little things. For example, you can make a crocodile out of beads and then use it as a keychain for your phone, keys, a bag, or give it to someone.
It is necessary
beads of 2-3 colors, a ribbon (or fishing line) about 3 mm thick and 2 m long, scissors
Instructions
Step 1
Take your line (or tape) and fold it in half to define the middle. Tie it to a keychain or to any other object to which the crocodile will then be attached: for this, fold the ribbon in half to form a loop, and it should be under the object to which the ribbon is attached. Then you just need to pull the free ends of the thread into this loop. The tape is fixed, you can proceed to further work.
Step 2
Put the first bead on the line, and pass the other end of the line from the opposite end. Secure it carefully. This will be the first row. In the second row, do the same with 2 more beads. Now you need to make the eyes: take 3 beads, pass one of the free ends of the line first through the bead for the eye, then under the body color, then again for the eye. Pass the other end of the line through the beads on the other side. This is the third row. In the fourth and fifth rows there will be 2 beads in the color of the crocodile's body.
Step 3
Take 2 beads for the body color and 3 for the legs. Put the beads on one end of the fishing line one by one, move them to the body as close as you want. Then pass the same end through the first two beads back (i.e. towards the head). Place the foot close to your body. Do the same for the other leg.
Step 4
Behind the legs, you need to make the middle part of the body of our crocodile. If you count from the beginning of the head, then this will be the sixth row. Take 3 beads, two to match your body color, one of any other color. Put them on the line as you did for the first five rows, that is, thread the line from opposite ends. First place one bead in the base color, then in a different color, and the third again to match the body color. For the seventh row, take 4 beads of different colors. Place on the line, as in the previous version. Eighth row - place 5 beads in a contrasting color (place the beads at the edges to match the body color, in the middle - a different color). The ninth row - 4 beads, the tenth - 3, the eleventh - 2.
Step 5
The crocodile is almost ready. It remains to make the hind legs and tail. Legs are done in the same way as in the third step. After you have made your legs, put on two beads, stretch the fishing line from opposite ends.
Step 6
For the tail, take as many beads as you like. For example, 6. Arrange them in a row, pulling fishing line through each bead from opposite sides. When the tail reaches the length you want, tie the line and cut the line. Everything, the crocodile is ready.
