Step 1
It is better to start with larger balloon-based crafts. It is not necessary to inflate the balloons to the usual size, they are needed as parts of the toy - head, body, ears, tail, etc. (depending on who you choose to create). Also on sale are balls in the form of animal figures - hares, chanterelles, squirrels and others. After preparing the balls, you should fill in dense threads of the "Poppy" or "Iris" type with transparent glue in a jar. It is better to place a small skein whole in a jar. Then you should wrap the balls with sticky threads - randomly, with thick cobwebs, so that the ball becomes strong.
Step 2
The workpieces dry within 24 hours, after which the balls should be pierced and pulled out through the hole in the threads. The details should be translucent and solid. They can be sewn or glued. The muzzle of an animal (eyes, nose, mouth) can be made both from plastic and from ordinary buttons, fabric or thick paper.
Step 3
Similarly, smaller toys are made from threads based on wine and champagne corks. Wire is inserted into the cork body for making handles, legs, etc. The head of the toy can also be made from cork. All this is wrapped in threads. Since for this version of the craft it is better to take woolen threads, you do not need to soak them in glue, but you can glue them to the cork and wires right away.
