Recently, such a holiday as Halloween, which came to us from abroad, is becoming more and more popular. Mainly because people want to once again plunge into the atmosphere of the mysterious and unusual. In addition, this is a great excuse to try on bright and original fancy dress costumes. Since it is customary to dress up in all evil spirits on Halloween, the devil's horns are an incredibly relevant element of the costume for this holiday. There are several ways to make horns, below you can find detailed instructions.
It is necessary
- - polymer clay
- - paper / cardboard
- - Styrofoam
Instructions
Step 1
Polymer clay horns:
Make small horns from polymer clay - no more than 5 centimeters high and the shape you need. Press in the bases of the horns with something rounded - the bottom should get grooves.
Step 2
Put two invisibles on the table so that they seem to be connected to each other with the letter V with the edges on which there are loops. Now put the cobbled horn on them and press in so that the invisible ones are imprinted into the polymer.
Step 3
Now fill the hole made earlier with clay so that the invisible ones are motionless.
Step 4
Now give the horns a slight bend. Remember that there is a right and left horn. Try them on on your head and choose how best to make them look the most cute.
Step 5
Now carefully move the horns into the oven following the instructions on the clay package. Then remove and cool. Your Halloween decoration is ready!
Step 6
Paper horns:
Take heavy paper or cardboard that is not too thick. Using a compass or other round object, draw two circles on it. Cut them out.
Step 7
Now mark the center of each circle. Draw a line from center to edge (radius, in other words). Make cuts along this line.
Step 8
Now fold the circles into cones using these lines. Secure with glue, stapler or tape.
Step 9
Now the horns can be painted in the desired color, some additional decorations can be attached, for example, fur, etc.
Step 10
Now, just as in the previous example, attach the horns to the invisible ones, or glue to some kind of rim. You can also punch holes in the sides and thread them through to hold the horns on your head.
Step 11
Styrofoam horns:
Everything is simple here - if you have a piece of Styrofoam at hand, then just cut out the horns of the desired size and shape from it. Styrofoam is easy to paint, decorative elements will easily stick to it.
