The term "third eye" has been around for a long time. Nowadays, few people do not know about the existence of a point in the forehead area, which can be developed and acquired certain abilities. The scientific world has found in this place a mysterious gland, the nature of which is very difficult to unravel. For thousands of years, yogis have practiced exercises to develop the third eye and have achieved considerable success in this.
Instructions
Step 1
There are many ways to develop your third eye. First of all, you need to learn that the area of the third eye is the area of the forehead, slightly above the center between the eyebrows. It is at this point that the concentration of the practitioner should be directed. According to the teachings of yogis, the third eye is the chakra. It is called "Ajna". Its color is blue when rendered.
Step 2
The first way to develop this chakra is through meditation. Inner focus and concentration on the third eye area will open the chakra like a lotus. Sit in a comfortable position. The ideal position for meditation is the lotus position (padmasana). But few beginners can sit in it, so many sit down simply crossing their legs.
Step 3
Focus on the third eye area. Imagine a blue ball moving clockwise. Concentrate on it and recite the mantra "OM" to yourself. At first, it will be difficult for you to hold the visualization of the ball and concentrate on it. But over time, you will cope with this task. Begin meditations for at least five minutes. Gradually bring up to half an hour over two to three weeks. Practice should be done daily.
