And soon the friendship between the journalist and the director moved to a new stage in the relationship - a classic office romance.
They have been together for over 20 years. This is how the office romance grew into great love. And acquaintances are still surprised how two people who are absolutely opposite in character and temperament have lived together for so many years. Olga is expressive and emotional, Alexey is always restrained and calm. Together they seem to complement each other. It is not for nothing that it is said that different poles of a magnet are attracted. So they were attracted to each other for more than twenty years.
Olga admitted that she was always picky about people and was waiting for her prince. Alexey turned out to be her ideal in all understandings. And their family union is very harmonious.
But, despite this, there is no marriage stamp in the passports of Olga and Alexei. Although there was a wedding in their life. They got married in America, but in the Russian Federation the registration carried out has no legal force. However, this fact does not bother the spouses at all. The main thing is that they are together. Alexey more than once offered his beloved to become his legal wife. But they constantly had reasons to postpone this important event. First, they decided to equip their family nest, then complete some business. The next time Olga received a marriage proposal, she was busy in many projects, and there was simply no time to think about the wedding. Moreover, Olga has said more than once that the stamp in the passport does not play any role for her. With Alexei, she already feels married and like behind a stone wall. And the official confirmation of this status is not required for her.
Shelest and Tishkin have a wonderful family in which all responsibilities are clearly distributed between the spouses. Olga, not without the participation of domestic staff, is engaged in housekeeping, ensuring cleanliness and comfort in the house. Alexey took on the responsibility of cooking. Olga admits that the kitchen is not her element, and she does not know how to cook, except to heat semi-finished products. And for Alexei, the cooking process is a pleasure. As well as ensuring prosperity in the family. But, despite the fact that the spouse fully provides financially for the family, and Olga does not need to work, she is in no hurry to give up what she loves. Alexey understands that his wife has great potential, which needs to be used and directed to the right steering wheel. And she always supports her in everything.
True, with the birth of children, she had to reconsider her interests somewhat. For example, now she is increasingly giving preference to family vacations than her favorite travels and extreme hobbies.

Moreover, the children smoothly fit into the schedule of their parents. Muse, born on November 1, 2003, accompanied her parents everywhere, getting to know their extreme hobbies. And she even took up, like them, snowboarding.
On August 19, 2015 Olga Shelest had a second daughter, Iris. And it became much more difficult for parents to travel with two children of different ages and temperaments.
