Step 1
Purchase the required ingredients. You will need 0.5 liters of acetone and 15-20 g of smokeless pyroxylin powder "Falcon", black powder. For the pyrotechnic mixture, take by weight two parts of finely ground potassium nitrate and one part each of magic powder and powdered sugar.
Step 2
Mix acetone with gunpowder and let sit for 5 to 10 days. Shake the mixture occasionally. It should turn out to be homogeneous, thickish, green-gray in color.
Step 3
Glue the cups from 1 mm paper. Its height should be approximately the same as that of a shot wad (container). Wad height varies depending on the caliber of the bullet.
Step 4
Make a pyrotechnic mixture with the above ingredients. As a last resort, magnesium can be replaced with silver. Add some powder solution to the mixture. You should have a thick gruel. Pack it tightly into paper cups, leaving about 0.5 cm to the top. Leave the mixture to dry completely.
Step 5
Rub the black powder gently. Do this in a metal container with a wooden pestle. Add some of the acetone-gunpowder solution you have already prepared and fill the dried cups to the brim. Wait until the mixture hardens again, lubricate the top with a thin layer of powder solution and sprinkle with chopped black powder.
Step 6
Take a wad container and cut a cup and an obturator from it. Drill a 3mm through hole in each of them. Glue the parts together so that the holes line up.
Step 7
Put in the sleeve 1, 5 g of "Falcon", the part you made with the shutter down. Add black powder to the drilled hole.
Step 8
Insert the glass with the pyrotechnic mixture made by you there (bottom to top). Now the sleeve must be closed with a cardboard gasket, 1 mm thick. The edge of the sleeve is rolled up with a twist. If there was a silver in the cartridge, then the trail from the shot will be bluish, if magnesium - white.
