Step 1
Sew on the button first. After all, this is the only way it becomes clear how large the loop needs to be made. Take a suitable thread - make sure that it matches the garment perfectly in color. The thread for making the buttonhole must be thick and strong enough.
Step 2
Thread the needle, then tie the two ends of the thread. It is necessary to make the loop with a thread in two additions so that it is more durable. Measure the area carefully so that the eyelet is straight. Take a needle and thread and sew two stitches across the width of the buttonhole. These stitches will form the basis for the braid.
Step 3
Around the warp stitches, begin to tighten the loops gradually, one by one. To do this, wind the thread with an air loop and pull it up through the loop that you get. Thus, you gradually form a pigtail. You need to continue to weave the pigtail until the very end of the air loop.
Step 4
When the braid is completely braided, secure the thread well. To do this, on the fold of the fabric, pass two small stitches in the opposite direction with a needle. After securing the thread, carefully cut off the ends. The loop is ready.
Step 5
If you need to hang curtains, curtains or other items, you can also use paper clips. However, such loops are only suitable for the curtain rod, which covers the top of the curtains. Otherwise, the paper clips will look unaesthetic.
Step 6
To make such loops, first measure an even distance from one loop to the other across the entire width of the curtains. The points where you will sew the loops can be designated with chalk. Next, take a paperclip, unfold it to make it look like an English letter S and thread it with one end at a predetermined place. Secure the bottom of a straightened paperclip. Use the top of a paperclip to attach the curtains to the curtain rod.
