Many children and adults are fond of these nimble cars. For some, Sunday races at a paid karting track are enough, while others dream of assembling karting with their own hands.

Drawings, a welding machine, a pipe bender, measuring and metal-cutting tools, pipes, sheet metal, a set of do-it-yourself cards
Instructions
Step 1
We make a model for the frame of the assembled kart from graph paper glued to cardboard in full size. We transfer the drawing to it in compliance with all sizes and proportions.
Step 2
We cut the pipes to the required length. We start with making the base of the frame - we lay the blanks on a flat surface. Using a welding machine, we weld all parts into a single structure. We check with the help of a level the symmetry of the connected parts.
Step 3
We prepare pipes for attaching the power unit, pedal assembly and steering. Similar to the layout for the frame, we make the same for the listed control units according to the drawings.
Step 4
We weld the blanks to the card frame using a welding machine. We check the angles of inclination and dimensional accuracy. We check the data with the drawings.
Step 5
We make mounting parts for the seat and wheels from sheet metal. We mark and prepare places for their installation on the card frame. We weld it to the frame by welding.
Step 6
Install the wheel map from the DIY Maps set on the frame. We check the geometry of the resulting structure using a level and diagonal measurements. We connect the steering to the frame and then to the wheels.
Step 7
Installing the engine. We fix the power unit on the support points of the frame and tighten the bolts with the force specified in the attached documents. We install and connect attachments - carburetor, air filter, gas tank. We connect the pedal assembly for controlling the engine and brake system. Install the seat and steering wheel.
