Darts is a game that has won many fans. Adults and children enjoy throwing darts. By the way, the speed of its flight and hitting accuracy largely depend on how the dart is located in the palm of your hand.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a dart and place it in your open palm. Try to feel where its center of gravity is. Gently roll the dart to your fingertips, placing your thumb behind the center of gravity you have found.
Step 2
Hold the projectile with two, three, four, or all five fingers. Bring the brush to the aiming position. Make sure the end of the dart is pointing up. Make sure your fingers only touch the metal part (body) of the dart. Do not touch the shank and fins. Do not clench your fingers into a fist. Fingers that are not involved in the grip, set aside or hold them as you like. Pay close attention to the little finger - if you press it against the palm, the rest of the fingers will reflexively tighten, which will affect the quality of the grip.
Step 3
Don't tense your muscles. When doing this, hold the dart so that it cannot slip out of your hand. Try to send the dart into flight with a strong and precise movement, keeping the chosen direction of the projectile.
