Who has not seen how some craftsmen collect the Rubik's cube for speed. Literally a matter of seconds (not even minutes), and the edges of the cube are drawn by color. But where does such speed come from, because in this case it is necessary not only the very ability to master the principle of collection, but also something else. But what is it? It turns out that in order to increase the speed of collection, the cube must be smeared with a certain composition, which gives it the property of such a lightning-fast rotation of the edges that even the eye does not have time to follow the process. You can lubricate the Rubik's cube so that it is easy to twist it in your hands and without the slightest hitch.

Instructions

Step 1

In order for the puzzle not to fail, it must be lubricated, and regardless of the cost. Thus, any cube, both a cheap one bought on the market and an expensive professional one, needs preliminary development. To do this, you need to lubricate the Rubik's cube according to the recommendations.

Step 2

Typically, a silicone grease is used for processing, designed for metal, plastic and other surfaces. It is silicone that does not have an aggressive effect on plastic, especially since there are no problems with its acquisition. You can buy it at any store that specializes in auto parts. A lubricant such as Hi-Gear Silicone Spray works well. There are different ways to lubricate.

Step 3

Disassembled lubrication. In order to properly lubricate a Rubik's cube, it is advisable to disassemble it into its component parts. It is not necessary to unscrew the screws; you can limit yourself to the temporary removal of corner fragments and ribs. We treat each fragment with silicone grease from all sides, excluding only the front colored side. The middle parts of the sides of the cube are fixed in such a way that they can be pulled back a little and processed with a thin tube or thick needle. After that, wait up to half an hour and consistently put the component parts of the cube in place.

Step 4

Lubrication indiscriminately. We rotate the edges relative to each other at an angle, dip a cotton swab in silicone and lubricate the partially accessible inner sides. Then, with a fairly thick needle, squeeze the silicone into the cube and quickly rotate the edges, which gives an even distribution of the lubricant.

Step 5

Lubrication with pulling out one corner segment. We take out the corner segment, which gives good access to all the component parts of the cube. Depending on the type of packaging of silicone grease, we spray or squeeze out a small amount of it, then insert the fragment into place and rotate the edges so that it is evenly distributed. After that, leave the silicone to dry for a while. With any method of smearing, you can get a slight immediate rotation of the faces of the Rubik's cube.
