Self-rolled cigarettes, or as they are also called, hand-rolled cigarettes, occupy a special place among tobacco products. This is because they are cheaper than manufactured cigarettes and allow the smoker to experiment by combining different types of tobacco. To make such a cigarette yourself, you need to be patient, because dexterity in this matter comes with time. There are two ways to make cigarettes: by hand and using a special machine.

Step 1
Making a cigarette by hand: Take a small strip of special paper with glue on one side in one hand, and a pinch of tobacco in the other. The edge on which the adhesive is applied must be clearly visible and turned up.
Step 2
Using your index finger, spread the tobacco over the paper, holding it down with your thumb. Put down the filter. After that, take the paper with the smoking mixture and start rolling. To do this, hold the rolling machine on your index fingers and twist it with your thumbs.
Step 3
The consistency of the smoking mixture will gradually thicken. When the smoking mixture acquires a dense, even and uniform consistency, press one edge of the cigarette with your thumbs and wrap the remaining piece around the roll, then wet and glue it. When finished, remove excess tobacco from both sides of the cigarette.
Step 4
Making a cigarette using a special machine. Take the machine in your hands so that the frame opens towards you. Then open it, put the filter in the corner and, after adding the required amount of tobacco, distribute it evenly. Then close the frame and use your thumbs to roll the roller downward to shape the tobacco.
Step 5
Next, take the paper and place it in the machine so that the glue strip is at the top and facing you. Use your thumbs to roll the front roller down and the rear roller up with your index fingers. You need to twist until only the glue strip remains visible. Wet it and roll the rollers to make the cigarette stick together. Then open the frame and remove the finished roll.
