Knitted animals are the dream of any child, which any mother can do. You can make them from the remnants of new threads or from unnecessary knitted items. For example, knitting a toy fox is much easier than knitting bulky things, and it only takes a little patience and time.
It is necessary
- - 60-70 g of thick red yarn;
- - 20 g of orange wool or cotton yarn;
- - buttons for the eyes;
- - a piece of black leather for the nose and red for the tongue;
- - wire for the tail;
- - hooks # 3 and # 2.
Instructions
Step 1
Start knitting from the face, namely from the tip of the nose. With crochet # 3, tie a chain of 3 air loops with a red thread, then close it in a circle with a half-column and knit 8 columns without a crochet from the center of the chain. Then knit 2 rows in a circle and add 1 column in each.
Step 2
Change the red thread to orange thread, knit 5 rows and continue adding 1 column in each row. Change the thread again and knit half the stitches not in a circle, but back and forth and finish the row with a half-stitch (shortened rows). After that, move in a circle again, making more frequent additions: every 2 columns, add 1 column. Having knitted 4 cm, decrease in one row one column every 2 columns and crochet # 2 knit 2 cm (neck).
Step 3
For the ears, take the thread and fold it in half, then tie a chain of 7-8 loops using the # 3 crochet hook. Knit the first row and then at the end of each row, do not knit in a column. It turned out a canvas in the shape of a triangle, which should be stuffed with cotton wool so that the ears stand upright. In order to smooth out irregularities in the edges of the canvas, tie the edge of the ear with one row of half-columns, gather its base and attach it to the head. Tie the other ear in the same way.
Step 4
Having tied the neck, take hook number 3 and add several loops in one row so that the diameter of the circle becomes 6 cm, and then knit 15-16 cm without additions or decreases, alternating two red rows with two orange ones. Tie the last two rows with a red thread and stuff the head and body tightly with cotton through the hole, and then sew.
Step 5
Get down to the paws. Crochet number 2, tie a chain of 3 air loops, close it with a half-column and knit a circle with a diameter of 3.5 cm, then knit 5 cm without additions. Stuff the paw with cotton wool, sew and sew to the body. Follow the rest of the paws in the same way.
Step 6
Start knitting the tail like a paw, crochet # 2, then knit 8 stitches from the center of the ring and knit 5 cm in a circle without additions, then gradually reduce the stitches: in 5 rows of 1 stitch, pull the last row. Stuff the tail with cotton, insert the wire and sew it to the body.
Step 7
Sew on the eyes, glue a round piece of black leather and a red leather tongue to the tip of the nose. The fox is ready.
