To win with any school project, you must not only make it informative, but also present the material well. To make your material not only useful and interesting, but also spectacular and easy to learn, you should remember a few rules and use them whenever possible.

Instructions

Step 1

Work your speech competently. Don't make room for improvisation. If you doubt yourself and your speaking skills even a little, it is best to think over even unimportant greeting phrases in advance. It is best if the speech still looks lively and improvised, but select its meaning and individual phrases in advance.

Step 2

Prepare your speech in front of the mirror and say the words out loud. Rehearse not only the text, but also the pronunciation with facial expressions. Absolutely everything affects a person. Therefore, the success of the entire project depends on how the visual presentation of the material will be framed.

Step 3

Prepare visuals. Do not say graphs, tables and other statistics on your own. Mention the required details and show them in a beautifully designed poster or photo. Remember that pictures should not be small, and participants should not feel discomfort when looking at them.

Step 4

Make a dynamic, colorful presentation on your computer. If you have a laptop and school equipment allows you to arrange a slide show, supplement your speech with accompanying pictures or short phrases. If you are talking about a serious topic, you can dilute it with humor by placing comical pictures related to your topic. Or, on the contrary, a too frivolous topic can be supported by the arguments of philosophers and famous poets on this topic.

Step 5

Don't overload slides with information. Your audience will explode, following both your words and the words on screen. Moreover, it is not worth copying your words on slides and giving them in printed form. Remember that slides have a supporting role. They are needed only in order to lure the listener into your topic and your speech, and not to do all the work for you.
