This bear adorned the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow with his image. Until now, thanks to the illustrator Viktor Chizhikov, his image does not leave indifferent either children or adults. You can try to draw it yourself.
It is necessary
- - paper;
- - a simple pencil;
- - eraser;
- - materials for work in color.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the sheet of paper vertically. Using a simple pencil, make a light sketch of the figure of the Olympic bear, positioning it compositionally on the sheet. Then start sketching out his body parts.
Step 2
Draw a circle at the top of the sheet - the future head of the bear. Draw an oval for the body below the head. Now take a closer look at the image of the Olympic bear. In fact, his head does not have the shape of a perfect circle, it is slightly flattened on top and resembles a trapezoid with strongly rounded corners. Correct this in your drawing by giving the head the desired shape. The body also does not have an ideal oval shape, it slightly resembles a bob - one side (future back) is "pressed" inward. Correct this in your drawing based on the base oval.
Step 3
Draw ears on the head - two small circles that touch the head with their edge. In each ear, show the inner side by drawing another smaller one inside each circle. Just below the center of the head, draw a small circle, slightly less than the diameter of the ear. This will be the muzzle. On it, place your nose in the form of a droplet, under it - a smile in an arc. Draw the eyes in two semicircles above the muzzle.
Step 4
On the sides of the body, first draw the front legs in the form of elongated ovals. Draw the hind legs on which the bear stands from a circle and a small oval (foot). Then connect the circle and the oval with smooth lines. At the waist, outline the belt that the bear wears. Gently, with smooth lines, connect all parts of the character's body, as if splicing them. Mark four claws at the ends of the legs. Refine the details of the belt - the Olympic rings. If you want, create and paint a background.
Step 5
Prepare materials to work in color. For such a drawing, colored pencils, crayons or gouache are suitable (try not to dilute it with water in your work). Hatching (applying strokes) follow the shape of the body and not in one cinnamon color. For example, the head is lighter at the edges than in the center, and the muzzle in the middle is completely white, the belly is lighter than the paws. By playing with the saturation of the color, you will make your bear look more voluminous.
