If you decide to catch an eel, then remember that you need to catch it at dusk or early at night. Prepare some fishing rods, cast them and wait until the bait drops to the bottom. Take worms, small fish, or shell meat for the bait.
Instructions
Step 1
Sometimes it happens that the fish, having swallowed the nozzle and making a small arc, comes back. Therefore, at the moment when the float "led", do not rush to hook. Please note that the float can dance unevenly, and only then it goes down. For fishing, use a strong tackle and hatch over a large, deeply lowered wet landing net.
Step 2
Take the fish directly into the boat or ashore. Do this with light jerks so that it does not touch the side of the boat. In order to put the fish in the cage, you will have to sweat a lot, it is better to stick the eel forward with its tail, then the body of the fish will pass easily. Use wire cages with fairly small cells. If the cells are large, the eel will easily find a way to get out.
Step 3
If the eel is already hanging on the hook, then slowly and carefully drag it aboard, tilting the boat slightly beforehand. If you fish from the shore, then stock up on newspapers in which you will wrap the caught fish. The newspaper will keep the blackhead from slipping out and it will also keep your hands clean.
Step 4
Keep in mind that the eel swallows the bait so that it can be difficult to pull the hook out of it later, so just cut the tackle and replace it with a new one, continue hunting. Remove the hook that remained in the fish at home when cutting. And remember that a good bite of the eel is observed in May.
