Instructions
Step 1
Cast on 30 loops for the left side of the hood and knit with the front stitch in shortened rows: knit 10 loops, turn the work with a yarn over and continue knitting back, then in each front row knit 1 x8 p., 1 × 5 p., 1 × 2 p.., 5 × 1 p, more. After 19 rows after the dialed edge, knit 1 row of knit stitches on all loops.
Step 2
For the right side of the hood, knit the front row and then, starting from the second row, continue knitting in shortened rows, as for the left half, only in the wrong rows. Tie the 20th row according to the pattern using purl loops, knitting yarn over to the next or previous loops.
Step 3
Continue to work with the front stitch, adding 1 loop in the next row. In the 41st row, add 1 loop.
Step 4
From the transverse thread, knit 1 knit crossed, then knit 14 loops, together 2 knit, 7 loops, then again knit 2 and 9 loops together, knit symmetrically.
Step 5
In the 45th row, complete 16 loops, not counting the hem, then together 2 front loops, then 8 loops, together 2 loops and 1 loop symmetrically.
Step 6
Work the 49th row: hem, 11 sts, knit 2 together, 9 knit, knit 2 and 2 more together.
Step 7
In the 57th row, follow the pattern: hem, 12 loops, together 2 front, 7 loops, together 2 front, 1 loop symmetrically.
Step 8
Knit the 58th row as follows: cast on an additional 40 loops on both sides (that is, a total of 85 loops). Then according to the scheme: for the left side of the front - the edge, 6 braid loops, 7 front. For sleeves: 6 braid loops, knit 3, then 6 braid loops. For the back: 7 loops of the front surface, 16 loops of a double braid, 7 loops of the front surface.
Step 9
For the sleeve, knit: 6 braid loops, 3 knit stitches and 6 braid loops again. Then for the right side of the front: knit 7, then 6 braid loops and an edge loop. Continue knitting this way, adding 1 stitch before and after each braid.
Step 10
After 19 cm, connect the loops of the front part, remove the loops of the sleeves on a separate knitting needle and knit only the back and front parts.
Step 11
Start assembling. For the front edge of the sleeves and hood, knit 1 braid of 8 loops of the desired length and sew them on. Tie a double braid for the bottom edge 15 cm wide (13 loops + 2 hem) and sew on. Then sew on the buttons. Make holes on the left side in the braid.
