Our step-by-step guide will show you how you can change any audio track yourself.

Instructions

Step 1

Download and install Media Player Classic Home Cinema on your computer if you don't already have it.

Step 2

Attach the audio file of the same name (*.mp3; *.wav; *.aac, etc.) to the folder with the video file (*.avi; *.mov; *.mpg, etc.). If you do not have an audio file of the same name, then you need to create it. The name of the sound should be the same as the video. Copy these two files to the same folder. Even a fairly general beginning, the continuation in the name of the files can be different. For example: movie.avi

movie rus dubbing.dts

Step 3

Open your video file in MPC. Right-click on the free field in the window that opens. In the appeared English-language list, select "Audio". When you select audio, you will have two audio tracks. One track is original, the sound that sounds on the video. And the second track is from an external file. Choose the track you want and enjoy the result.

Step 4

There is another way that you can use if you haven't renamed tracks. Select "File" - "Open File" from the menu. You will see a window with two audio tracks. The first line will be for video and the second for audio. On the second line, you must specify the audio track you want. You will need to swap the tracks while watching. To do this, go to the "Play" - "Audio" menu and swap the tracks.

Step 5

To view a DVD Video with an external track, do the same as if you weren't renaming the track. Open the DVD via the "Open File" menu.

Step 6

If you are using some other player instead of Media Player Classic Home Cinema, for example, Media Player Classic, then you need to do the following. Open the "ffdshow audio decoder" preferences. To do this, double-click on the blue cube with the inscription "FFa". Then uncheck "enable", it is located in the "stream switch" tab. Tracks can be switched between each other using the "A" key by default or "ffdshow".
