Step 1
Find a perfectly straight bar for your neck. The sound quality of your guitar will depend on how well you perform this step. Leave one side straight, and the other should be processed - reduced if necessary, so that it is convenient to hold and how to sandpaper.
Step 2
Bend the plywood to fit your leg. There are many ways to do this, but the oldest and most tried-and-true is to soak the wood and bend it into shape until it's dry. Remember, this trick will not work with all woods. So when you go to the store, check with the seller if this can be done.
Step 3

Step 4
Never break the integrity of the wood with nails or other fastening tools. Use regular glue and nothing else. Pieces of metal in the wood will noticeably "cripple" the sound.

Saw through the acoustic window in the housing. This can be easily done with a jigsaw or small saw. The hole should be just above the middle, and another small hole can be made at the top of the guitar.
Step 6
Measure the frets and mount the nut and tracks. Saw out the lugs from the remnants of the tree, then also glue to the neck. Tracks can be made from steel clips or old knitting needles.
Step 7
Buy a set of tuners and install them. You cannot make such mechanisms at home (at least qualitatively), so it is easier to buy them separately.
Step 8
All you have to do is drill the holes for the strings in the body and make the plugs for the strings. For this purpose, sticks from old brushes are well suited.
