Biography and career

Zhanna Badoeva (nee Dolgopolskaya) was born in the Lithuanian town of Mazeikiai in 1976. According to rumors, she is of Jewish origin, although Zhanna herself, by her parents, calls herself a native Ukrainian. The childhood and school years of the future TV star passed quite usually. Having received a certificate, she entered the construction institute. The girl finished her education in Kiev, having moved there with her family. In her student years, Zhanna became interested in the stage and, after receiving her diploma, submitted documents to the Karpenko-Kary Theater Institute, having entered the directing department there.

After graduating from high school, Zhanna came to Ukrainian television. She became the first woman in the Ukrainian version of the Comedy Club comic show. Gradually, Badoeva took the position of producer of the project, and then focused on other programs, releasing her own shows "Sharmanka" and "I Dance for You". In 2011, together with her husband Alan Badoev, Zhanna launched the Eagle and Tails travel show. The idea was simple: having arrived at the next point on the planet, the presenters toss a coin, and the winner becomes the owner of an unlimited "gold" card, and the loser gets exactly $ 100. The task of both presenters is to live in the chosen place for two days, along the way having fun with the available funds.

The show quickly became popular and soon began broadcasting on the Russian TV channel Friday. The eponymous YouTube channel was also opened, the number of subscribers to which crossed the mark of two million. Three years later, Zhanna Badoeva left the project, deciding to spend as much time as possible with her children. She also launched new television projects on the Friday channel, which became #ZhannaPozheni and Battle of Salons. The TV presenter did not forget about Ukrainian television, where she became the host of the show "Don't Leave Me" and "Masterchef".

Personal life

For the first time, Zhanna Badoeva got married in her early youth, and entrepreneur Igor Kurachenko became her chosen one. In the marriage, which at first went quite calmly, a son, Boris, was born. But gradually, as the popularity of the TV presenter grew, conflicts began between the spouses. The husband wanted Jeanne to spend more time with him. She chose not to give up her career, and as a result, the marriage broke up.

In 2003, Zhanna became the wife of Alan Badoev, whose last name she still bears. In this marriage, a daughter, Lolita, was born. Alan is known as a popular Ukrainian director and clip maker. He created clips for such stars as Anna Sedokova, Ani Lorak, Elena Temnikova and others. In addition, Badoev shot the films Orange Love, Moms and Mademoiselle Zhivago, and also directed the TV show I Want to Meladze.

The marriage, which had remained strong for many years, broke up in 2012. The exact reason for the breakup is still unknown, but journalists suggest that Alan Badoev has ceased to be an exemplary family man and switched to a riotous lifestyle. Nevertheless, the former spouses remained good friends, and Alan is still involved in raising his daughter.

The next choice of the TV presenter was businessman Sergei Babenko, but this romance did not last long. Zhanna Badoeva chose another man named Vasily Melnichin as her husband, who also has his own business. The wedding took place in 2014. Vasily adopted children from his wife's previous marriages and hopes that they will be able to have their own.

Zhanna Badoeva now

The popular TV presenter moved with her husband and children to Italy. Jeanne dreamed about this for a long time and, finally, managed to achieve what she wanted. From time to time, she still visits Ukraine for her work affairs. Badoeva admits that she feels comfortable next to Vasily, who pleases her with an agreeable character and a good sense of humor.

Increasingly, Zhanna returns to the role of the host of the Eagle and Tails program. She spent several editions of the tenth anniversary season of the program, one of which was with her ex-husband Alan Badoev. And in 2018, the creator of the show took part in it together with singer Ida Galich and rapper Vitya AK. The presenter regrets that she cannot yet share the joy of these travels with her husband, especially since Vasily did not travel outside Moscow to Russia.
