Step 1
Sign up for the athletics section. Running has a positive effect on the respiratory and cardiac systems of the body, it helps not to confuse breathing for a long time, and in conjunction with special exercises, this is extremely useful for loud singing.
Step 2
Get rid of muscle clamps that often interfere with proper singing and create unnecessary tension in various muscle groups, their discoordination. Stand in front of the mirror, taking care of the correct posture: straighten your back, straighten and lower your shoulders down. Do not lift your head up: this causes tension in the larynx and vocal cords.
Step 3
Relax your neck, perform slow head turns to the left and right sides. Smoothly and carefully lower the lower jaw down, find its correct position, relieving muscle tension. Pull your lips into the tube, perform their movements to the right-left, circular rotations left-right and back and forth.
Step 4
Warm up before singing. Draw in your lungs full of air. Exhale at a medium pace and with a moderate volume, alternately pull the vowels A, O, U, E. Open your mouth halfway. Breathe calmly and look straight ahead. Firmly plug one ear with your finger: this way you can hear your singing well from the inside and suppress psychological stress.
Step 5
Repeat the warm-up exercise from the beginning, but now try to pull the vowels in an ascending tone, gradually increasing the volume. Be careful not to try to maximize it right away, otherwise you risk breaking your voice. You need to do this smoothly, and gradually you will be able to develop the necessary coordination of the work of the diaphragm, ligaments and bring the process of increasing the volume of the voice to automatism.
Step 6
Perform one of the songs of your choice. Under no circumstances should you strain your vocal cords, at first sing at half the volume and try to achieve a feeling of relaxation. Let the sound of the voice seem less dynamic to you, but the main thing is that it stays smooth. Try to increase the volume with each successive verse. Sing without undue stress, listening carefully to your own voice, memorizing and training it.
