Step 1
If you don't want to draw a clan icon yourself, download it from the Internet. It should be a 16 by 12 pixel image in.bmp format, 256 colors. You can find them on special resources dedicated to the subject of the game or in the communities of various social networks. After that, use the picture as the clan icon.
Step 2
To do this, you need to enter the Lineage 2 game. After it loads, press the Alt + C key combination and select the item to add an image. Specify the path to it, best of all, by placing it first in the Logos folder on the local drive, if there is one. Click on confirmation and wait for the image to update in the game.
Step 3
Use graphic editors if you want to create a clan icon in the Lineage 2 game yourself. You can use regular Paint, which is part of the Windows system utilities, or you can download programs that provide more editing capabilities, for example, Adobe Photoshop, ArcSoft PhotoStudio, and so on. Choose to create a new image. Set the size. It is best to make it larger at once, but at the same time preserving the proportions, because then it will still have to be reduced to 16x12.

Using the toolbar and various filters, draw a clan icon, flatten the image, save it on your desktop just in case, and then make a small copy of it. Pictures must be saved in.bmp 256 colors. After that, load the picture into the Lineage 2 game as described above.
