Clothes for a small child should not only be beautiful, but also comfortable - and it makes the child doubly happy when his own mother knits these clothes. You can knit a comfortable and warm hat with a visor for your baby, both for a boy and a girl, on knitting needles made of soft semi-woolen yarn. If you already had experience in knitting, then you can make such a hat in the evening.
Instructions
Step 1
Start knitting a hat from the top - cast on six loops on the knitting needles and knit them with the front stitch, and then pull the beginning of the thread through the knitted loops (you can do this with an ordinary crochet hook). Knit the first row with front loops, and in the second row knit an edge loop, and then one purl from the broach.
Step 2
After that, knit one front loop from a regular loop. Alternate purl loops from the broach and regular knit loops, and make the eleventh loop with an edge. Start the third row with an edge loop, and from the front loop, knit the front loop, yarn over and again the front loop. Then knit a purl loop.
Step 3
Alternate three double crochet and purl stitches until you reach the end of the row - there should be 21 stitches on the needle. In the fourth row, remove the purl loop without knitting, and then knit the front loop. Alternate to the end of the row.
Step 4
Starting from the fifth row, knit 1x1 elastic and add loops in the same way as you did the increases in the third row - so that 10 loops are added in each front row and the gap between the increases increases by 2 loops.
Step 5
In the sixth row, knit all the front loops, and remove the purl without knitting. Having knitted 111 loops, knit a fabric about 10 cm long without any increments, ending with a purl row. Now start knitting ears and a visor - divide the loops into three parts so that you can tie the ears from the first and third parts, and tie the second so that you get a visor.
Step 6
You can crochet the finished hat for beauty, and tie a bow at the top of the head.
