Summer is a great time of the year, but it has only one single drawback - the countless number of insects that strive to try all the food with a person. The first place among the most annoying "children" of nature, of course, is taken by flies. To protect them from food, you need to make a tent.
It is necessary
- - thin plastic mesh;
- - thick silver wire;
- - decorative tape;
- - pliers;
- - nippers;
- - scissors.
Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to cut out 9 parts in the form of wedges according to the template. Choose the size of the future tent yourself. Once all the details are ready, you can start stitching them. This must be done on the sides so that the edge is no closer than 1 centimeter. When all the gussets are sewn, gently straighten the product.
Step 2
Cut the wire into sections that are slightly longer than the seams between the wedges. Turn the garment inside out and start sewing the wire as close to the seam as possible. The excess mesh must be cut off. Do the same with all other metal parts.
Step 3
Next, all the ends of the wires at the top of the craft must be twisted into one bundle, then cut off the remaining ends with a pair of wire cutters. The remains of the metal parts that are at the bottom need to be twisted in a spiral. Turn the future tent from the inside out to the front side.
Step 4
The twisted wire should be hidden under a decorative ribbon bow. If desired, the product can be decorated with beads to match the plastic mesh. The fly tent is ready!
