The embroidery of letters and inscriptions becomes the final touch in the work on a portrait or still life, with which you will decorate the interior of a room, or it can become an independent design of napkins, tablecloths, towels and other household items. In both cases, the sewing of letters does not depend on the additional skills of the embroiderer, but on the availability of an alphabet embroidery pattern.

Step 1
You can create your own alphabet scheme. In this case, you can navigate by the topic of work (night, cars, music, disco), font style or the use of special geometric shapes. Draw each letter on a checkered sheet of paper, keeping in mind that each square is a square of the canvas (if you are embroidering with a tapestry stitch, a cross or a half-cross). Mark different colors with distinctive symbols.
Step 2
If you don't think you have enough artistic talent, try using ready-made alphabet embroidery patterns, Russian and Latin. When embroidering letters in your work, keep in mind that the distance between the letters of one word is approximately half the width of a letter, and the distance between words is the width of one or two letters.
