It is necessary
- For size 48 model (knitting density -31 loops per 10cm):
- - 250g red woolen yarn in 3 ply and some black and white yarn for finishing;
- - knitting needles number 2.
Instructions
Step 1
Start knitting the jumper from the back. To do this, cast on 160 loops on the needles No. 2 and tie 2 cm with an elastic band 1 * 1 and 40 cm (to the chest line) with stocking stitching, adding 6 times one loop at a time after 6, 5 cm. Next, at the end of each row along the raglan line, knit 2 loops together. And when you have 48 stitches left on the needles, close them in one row.
Step 2
When the back of the jumper is ready, start knitting the front. Cast on 160 stitches and tie 2cm with 1 * 1 elastic and 4cm with stocking. Then knit from three balls, making stripes and knitting a rhombus, with black threads, starting from two loops.
Step 3
Be careful when 40 loops are knitted across the width of the rhombus, attach white threads and start knitting from five balls. Continue this until 20 stitches each with white threads are knitted on both sides of the black rhombus. After that, complete the top of the white rhombus while completing the top of the black rhombus. Make the additions on the side exactly as on the back.
Step 4
Once you knit to the neckline, divide the loops into two parts and start knitting the right part first, closing from the side of the neck: 8, 4 times, 3 and 4 times, 2 loops. And at the end of the row from the side of the raglan line, knit two loops together. Tie the left side in the same way.
Step 5
Now start making the sleeves, for which type 110 loops with black thread and knit 2cm with 1 * 1 elastic band and 6 rows with white knitted stocking threads. After that, knit with red threads, adding 7 times one loop in every fourth row, and five times one loop at the end of each row. Count, on the needles you should have 134 loops.
Step 6
Next, knit 2 loops together at the end of each row along the raglan lines, and when there are 18 loops on the needles, bevel and close 2 times four and 2 times three loops. Then, along the raglan line of the back, knit two loops together at the end of the row. Tie a second sleeve and bevel on the opposite side.
Step 7
It remains to do the finishing of the neck. To do this, tie the inlay, cast 130 loops for it with black thread and tie 2cm with 1 * 1 elastic band and five rows with white hosiery thread. Then sew the open stitches of the tape to the neckline.
