Creating a Christmas tree from tinsel, candies and other elements is a rather fascinating creative process. However, before starting work, the first step is to create the base of the future beauty - a cone.
It is necessary
- - paper (album, wallpaper or whatman paper);
- - pencil and ruler;
- - scissors;
- - glue.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a sheet of paper, its length and width should be such that at least a quarter of a circle with a radius equal to the required height of the cone can be drawn on it.
Put a sheet in front of you, put a point in the corner, measure first along one edge of the sheet the desired height of the cone, then along the other edge. Connect these points with a semicircular line.
It is important that the drawn quarter of the circle has one radius (this is necessary for the stability of the finished cone), therefore all work should be carried out with a compass or using a ruler.
Step 2
Using regular scissors, cut out the resulting shape. Turn the workpiece over with the right side facing you, draw a straight line parallel to the side cut at a distance of 1-1.5 centimeters from it. Cut the corners at a 45 degree angle to this line.
Step 3
Take the glue, carefully spread it over the marked line, roll the figure into a cone and glue its edges strictly according to the outline.
It is also worth noting that the size of the base of the cone can be changed when creating a shape - the more you twist the workpiece, the narrower the base will be and vice versa.
Step 4
The cone is ready, now you can start creating the tree itself. Tinsel, candies in bright candy wrappers and cute small bows or beads are ideal as basic elements.
