One of the most fashionable trends in the work of adolescents is weaving baubles. Girls believe that when put on a friend's hand, it will become a guarantee of eternal friendship, it cannot be redone and removed. Weaving baubles for beginners is not at all difficult, for this you just need to familiarize yourself with some tips and not lose enthusiasm, even if something does not work out.

It is necessary

  • - colored ribbons;
  • - scissors;
  • - electrical tape or tape.

Instructions

Step 1

Choose the material from which you will weave. If you are just starting to weave baubles, choose ribbons - their thickness is optimal for weaving, and the colors can be very different. As you get more experienced, try to weave with more difficult materials, such as floss, leather strips, or rope.

Step 2

Take ribbons of two colors, for example, blue and orange, measure the required length and cut; the length of each ribbon should be about a meter. Gather the ends into a knot and tie them so that a loop forms.

Step 3

Make eyelets from orange and blue tape. Then thread the blue loop through the orange one and tighten the orange one. Please note that satin ribbons have two sides - front and back, make sure that the front is always on top.

Step 4

Make the orange buttonhole again, thread it into the blue one and tighten the blue one. Make sure that the ribbon does not twist, but always lies flat, satin side up.

Step 5

Make a blue eyelet, thread it through the orange one and tighten the last one. Repeat these steps alternating between blue and orange loops until you are satisfied with the length of the bauble.

Step 6

As soon as the bauble reaches the required length (the ends should remain long enough), tie a regular knot so that the bauble does not bloom.

Step 7

Cut the ends of the ribbon obliquely or straight and gently burn with a match or lighter. The fire should be at a sufficiently large distance from the tip of the tape (at least 2 cm). Rough handling of fire can cause the ribbons to burn badly (if not worse), so get your parents involved to do this.

Step 8

Tie a bracelet on your friend's hand by passing one of the long ends through a loop on the opposite side. Tie the ends with a beautiful bow - now nothing can break your friendship.
