Guitar is the common name for plucked string instruments: ukulele, tertz guitar, quarter guitar, six-string, seven-string, and twelve-string guitars. The most common type is a six-string guitar, acoustic or electric. Having different forms, methods of sound production and principles of sounding, they are united by a similar system - by stretching the strings until they reach a certain pitch. When tuning, the musician can rely on his own ear and another (tuned) instrument, on the tuner or special tuning software.
Instructions
Step 1
To tune from another instrument (usually a piano or synthesizer), press the E note of the first octave on it. Pull the first string of the guitar, the sounds should match. If the sound of the guitar is lower, pull the tuning peg to the correct tension by constantly tugging at the string. If the string is playing higher, lower it and then tug until it sounds right, constantly checking the pitch.
Step 2
Pull the second string to the "B" note of a minor octave. Further, "salt" is small, "re" is small, "la" is large, "mi" is large.
Step 3
To tune through a tuner, connect an electric guitar variety to it and tune the strings to the same notes: E, B, G, D, A, E.
