There are a few simple rules to keep fresh cut roses longer than usual.

Step 1
After buying the flowers, you must immediately put them in clean fresh water, otherwise they will have time to wilted and lose their freshness.
Step 2
Be sure to remove wilted flowers and old leaves before placing roses in water. So the energy will be saved only in the buds.
Step 3
Cut approximately 2 cm from each stem while holding it under running water. Always use sharp scissors or pruning shears.
Step 4
The vase you are using should be. Wash it with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly before use.
Step 5
Roses prefer warm water over cold water as this helps them absorb nutrients more efficiently.
Step 6
Change the water in the vase every two to three days.
Step 7
After placing the roses in the vase of your liking, place the bouquet out of direct sunlight, away from drafts.
