It is necessary

  • - flowers;
  • - greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Before you start making a bouquet, think about who it is intended for. Men and women are usually given different flowers. The composition of the bouquet depends on the age of the gifted. The stronger sex is most often presented with roses, gerberas, calla lilies, orchids, gladioli, irises and other elongated flowers. The most preferred shades are white, burgundy, orange, blue, purple. Ladies are given plants of any shape and color. As a rule, bouquets consisting of small flowers of pastel shades - beige, light blue, pale pink - are suitable for young girls. Mature women are presented with large and bright flowers.

Step 2

If you use plants grown in your own garden to create your composition, cut them early in the morning, while the sun is not yet at its zenith, and the moisture accumulated overnight by the plants has not had time to evaporate. Cut the stem not horizontally, but at an angle - this way the flowers will last longer. If you don't plan to get down to business right away, place the collected flowers in a vase. In this case, before starting work, you will need to trim the ends of the stems again.

Step 3

Think about what will become the center of your floral arrangement. As a rule, bright and large flowers are placed in the middle. The role of such a color accent can be played by a peony, several roses, a dense branch of lilac.

Step 4

Place smaller flowers on the sides. It is better for a novice florist to use as few varieties and shades of flowers as possible, otherwise he risks making mistakes. One of the simplest compositions for a beginner will be a bouquet of red and white roses. Contrasting bouquets look beautiful, as well as compositions in which one color is used, but in different shades.

Step 5

Decorate the composition with green leaves: fern, monster, palm branches, asparagus. You can surround the flowers from the outside with short greenery, or you can insert one or two tall branches in the middle of the bouquet.
