Halloween is a short holiday, and for sure no one wants to spend a lot of money or energy on it when decorating a home. There is a quick and budget way to make a candlestick with your own hands.
It is necessary
Thin (xerox) paper, ruler, pencil, scissors, black felt-tip pen or marker, glue or tape, tablet candle
Instructions
Step 1
Take a regular A4 sheet of copier paper. Such paper allows light to pass through, and if you draw a drawing on it in black, you get beautiful silhouettes. Measure and draw a rectangle 10-12 cm wide and 15-20 cm long on a sheet of paper. This will be the base of the candlestick.
Step 2
Before cutting out the base, use a black felt-tip pen to draw various Halloween attributes on it, such as spider webs, bats, owls, cats, ghosts, pumpkins, and more. Also don't forget about the words "Halloween" or "Happy halloween".
Step 3
It is better to cut the base when the drawing is completely ready, so you will save a lot of time. Also, if you are not sure if you can draw a good drawing right away, try drawing with a pencil first, and only then circle it with a felt-tip pen. Only when the drawing is ready, cut out the base rectangle.
Step 4
Roll the base into a tube and connect the edges with tape or glue. If you prefer glue, I recommend using dry glue. from PVA paper will definitely lead.
Step 5
Place a lighted pill candle on the table. Now place the candlestick on the table so that the candle is in the center. Done!
