For this, it is best to use white T-shirts, since on colored ones, the desired shade is not always obtained when painting. Acrylic paints are not afraid of washing and ironing, they are easy to apply. Let's start with a light simple drawing, for example, a red heart.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all materials on the table. Iron the T-shirt beforehand, do not leave wrinkles. After that, place a board inside it so that the back does not get dirty when you apply the drawing.
Step 2
Draw a large heart on cardboard with a pencil and cut it out from the inside. The result is a stencil. Attach the edges of the shirt to the center of the shirt with several needles so that it fits snugly against the fabric. Then squeeze a tube of red paint into a deep plate, add a little water there and mix well.
Step 3
Dip a little paint from a plate with a sponge and lightly paint over the heart. Try to apply one coat first, then the second, but not more. Dry the painted drawing with a hairdryer, leave to dry for an hour, then remove the stencil and circle the heart around the edges with black paint. The finished drawing should dry for 12 hours. To make sure it's dry, run your finger over your heart, the paint shouldn't leave a mark. Iron on the inside with a warm iron (not hot), the shirt is ready!
