Every year, schools hold contests on the theme "Golden Autumn", "Gifts of Autumn" and so on. A lot of baskets and carriages from pumpkins, boats from zucchini, tulips from bell pepper have already been made and, puzzling over what to make such an original, the idea came to make a craft from hay. Fortunately, we have rabbits and we store hay for the winter for them. Therefore, we decided to make a hare.
It is necessary
- - hay;
- - paper (newspaper, wrapping paper, old magazines);
- - threads (ordinary sewing, 1 spool);
- - PVA glue;
- - wire for the ears;
- - cardboard and colored paper for the face;
- - toothpicks;
- - fabric for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
We start to create. We make round blanks of paper: a large ball, 15 cm in diameter - for the body, a smaller one, 10 cm in diameter - for the head, for the legs and feet - even smaller, with a diameter of 8 cm and for the nose - very small. To do this, simply crush the paper into a lump and gradually increase the volume by wrapping the ball in a new layer of paper.
Step 2
The next step is to cover it with hay so that the paper is not visible. Apply a layer of PVA glue, apply hay, secure with threads, winding straight from the coil. So we make several layers. We dry the workpieces well.
Step 3
Now we collect our hare - we attach the legs, handles, head to the body with the help of toothpicks, for reliability, smearing the joints with glue. Let the whole structure dry.
Step 4
Now we are making ears. We take 2 pieces of wire, 20 centimeters each, leave a bare place for attaching to the head, make ears of the desired shape - just straight or hanging, and also wrap it with hay using threads.
Step 5
When the whole body is assembled with ears, we make out the muzzle. Using a toothpick, we pin the nose to the head, cut out the eyes and teeth from cardboard and colored paper, stick the toothpicks into the nose in the form of antennae.
Step 6
We decided to make a tie for our hare from a piece of denim. Then we thought that such a gentleman needs a girlfriend and made a hare - a girl. Decorated it with a pink blouse and a bow made of nylon fabric. Here is such a hare family we got.
