Valenki are perhaps the warmest and most comfortable shoes for a frosty winter. However, their shape and color are far from diverse; even a child can make boots beautiful and elegant. After spending just a couple of hours, you will become the owner of exclusive felt boots.

- - pieces of leather and fur;
- - acrylic paints;

- - PVA glue.
Instructions
Step 1
Think about how you would like to see your boots. They can be decorated with fur and leather motifs, embroidered with threads and beads, or you can paint a whole picture.
Step 2
Cut a thin strip from the fur pieces and close it in a circle. Cut a small circle out of a piece of leather and sew beads and beads onto it. Glue this circle in the middle of the fur circle.
Step 3
Sew braid or lace along the edge of the boots with a needle-forward seam. Sew the fur “flowers” just below. Felted wool is quite dense and thick, so take a thick needle, strong nylon thread. Stick the needle with a thimble. One version of beautiful boots is ready.
Step 4
Appliques can also be made from pieces of leather and fur. There are always old gloves and shoes of different colors in the house. Copy the drawing onto tracing paper (or draw your own) and cut out individual details from the leather.
Step 5
Connect them together by sewing with a zigzag stitch on a typewriter. Please note that the leather parts cannot be ripped open, as the holes from the needle will remain. You can glue the parts to the base using double-sided adhesive tape with a hot iron. This method is simpler and less expensive, but the parts glued in this way are not durable and the applique may fall off. Therefore, it is better to use both methods.
Step 6
If you know how to draw at least a little, you can depict a real picture on felt boots. Draw a full-size sketch first. Trace the outline of the felt boot on a piece of paper and start creating. Make several options for painting and copy the best one on felt boots.
Step 7
Prepare the surface for painting. Cover it with PVA glue, let the felt dry well. The glue should become transparent, and the boots should acquire their original color.
Step 8
Draw the painting with a simple pencil. It doesn't have to be symmetrical. But if you want to maintain symmetry, then use a stencil.
Step 9
Color in the drawing and let the paint dry. If you want the colors to be more vibrant, apply several coats. Such felt boots can be wiped with a damp cloth, the paint will not wash off and will not crack.
