Rice paper is thin, rough white paper. It got its name from the original product used to make it. Obviously, rice paper is made from rice flour or straw. But do not think that it is impossible to make such paper at home. Believe me, even novice "skillful hands" can do it.

2 cups flour, half teaspoon salt, 0.75 cups cold flour

Step 1
Sift the rice flour first. Then mix it with salt, add water. Knead for 10-15 minutes, until a smooth, lump-free dough forms.
Step 2
Put the dough in a cup, cover with a napkin and leave on the table for 30 minutes. Then place the dough on a floured board and roll to the smallest possible thickness.
Step 3
Then cut the dough into portions, for example 15x15 cm squares, to dry outdoors.
Step 4
If the paper is prepared in reserve, then the drying time is significantly increased. Rice paper should be soaked in water before cooking.
