Folding various paper figures without using scissors and glue is a whole art that many adults and children love to do. This folding machine is suitable for beginners and the smallest origami lovers.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a square piece of paper. You can use white paper and then color the blank, or you can immediately fold origami from colored paper. Fold the square in half, first along, then across. The resulting fold lines will be auxiliary lines that will be useful later in the process. Expand the sheet.
Step 2
Take the square at the bottom corners and fold the edge to the midline mark. This folds the bottom half of the square in half.
Step 3
Mark a line from the center point to the right corner along the fold and fold the corner down along this line. Do the same on the left side of the square. The downward-curved corners will be the wheels of the car. To make the "wheels" have a more rounded appearance, the corners can be slightly bent upward, towards yourself.
Step 4
Fold the top half of the original square down along the horizontal construction fold. It should cover the lower part with wheel corners.
Step 5
Now bend the same half up along a line passing approximately in the middle of the curved corners-wheels, that is, just above the fold of the lower part of the square.
Step 6
Bend the upper right corner towards you. This is the cab of the car. By bending the corner to shape the cockpit, you can use different tilt levels, then
Step 7
Turn the model upside down. You can leave the car in this form, that is, it will resemble a jeep, or bend another upper corner away from you to get a regular passenger model.
Step 8
If desired, add windows, doors, headlights and other car parts on the model, color the resulting workpiece.
Step 9
Using this scheme, a flat origami model is obtained, and it can be used as a congratulation card for obtaining a driver's license or simply as a gift from a child to dad or grandfather.
