Step 1
Fantasy in drawing a robot is sometimes played out to the most incredible scales, from an ordinary robot to giant transformers. Try to draw a simple robot for a start, it won't take long. Draw a square in the middle of the sheet with a simple pencil - the future body of the iron creature. Now draw a basin in the lower part of it in the form of a circle so that part of the circle is, as it were, "hidden" in a square. You will remove the extra lines later.
Step 2
Attach the head to the robot. Draw it on top of a square body, its shape may depend on your imagination - round, square, triangular, or maybe the robot will have two heads. Then outline the arms on the sides of the torso. They can be either flexible, consist of segments, or ordinary, like in humans - bend at the elbows. Draw your legs from the pelvis. If you want, make the robot three or more limbs, or maybe it will move on tracks at all!
Step 3
Now sketch in some basic details of the robot. On the head - eyes, mouth, nose (optional), ears (optional). On the hands, make the fingers from the segments. Draw the legs of the robot. Then you can supplement his body with various useful, necessary, fantastic details. For example, draw antennas on the head, and a TV screen on the body. It can also be an additional pair of arms, eyes, a machine gun instead of a hand (or it is pushed out of the body), etc. What your imagination is enough for. Erase unnecessary lines with an eraser and you can start coloring.
Step 4
Any material will suit you for working in color - paints, felt-tip pens, colored pencils and so on. Since the body of the robot is metal, cold colors are suitable for work, although you can paint it with anyone. Start work from the head, gradually going down along the drawing. Make a shadow on the robot - this will give you a volumetric effect. To do this, darken some areas of the body. After working in color, circle your drawing with a black helium pen to make it appear even brighter and clearer.
