Arranging your home "nest" is a rather troublesome business. After all, you need to choose the right furniture, and make repairs, and take care of the decorations. Photos hung on the walls are, of course, beautiful, but very traditional and even banal. You need to be creative when choosing decorations for a room. If you want to decorate your home with something that none of your friends have, do it yourself. Let this thing be a flower vase.
It is necessary
- - The base for the vase. An ordinary plastic transparent bottle will do, although it is better to get a thin glass vase;
- - Old unwanted CDs;
- - Transparent glue;
- - Foil;
- - Paint in any dark color.
Instructions
Step 1
First, cut your unwanted CDs into thin strips to glue them over the top of the vase. This can be done with large and well-sharpened scissors.
Step 2
The lower part of the vase will need to be pasted over with crumpled silver foil, and then rub in dark paint into the recesses to enhance the wrinkled effect. Such a vase will look very beautiful with flowers or branches made of fabric or beads in a silvery-white range, or simply with dry flowers or branches covered with silver car paint, sold in any car dealership in spray cans.
Step 3
In addition to the foil, the bottom of the vase can be decorated using the crackle technique or all the same paint from a spray can. If the discs have an ebb, you can maintain its color with paint rubbed into the foil, as well as the color of the bouquet.
Step 4
You can cut discs not into strips, but into squares, triangles, or something else. Unleash the flight of your imagination. If your vase is not very large, and you have a lot of unnecessary discs, you can glue them over the entire surface of the vase. It will turn out very nicely.
