The thirst for creativity can wake up at the most unexpected moment. At the same time, a person does not even always realize what exactly he would like to create, without putting things on the back burner. Anyone who is engaged in any kind of creativity usually solves such a question quickly enough: he takes pencils or paints, plasticine, a musical instrument, or even the first branch that comes across, from which he makes a cane or whistle with a knife. However, even someone who has never done anything like this can create something useful.

Step 1
Try to determine what type of creativity you are most attracted to. It is not at all necessary to be able to draw or sculpt in order to take up the visual arts. This is, of course, desirable, so try to master at least the most basic skills. But you can create interesting compositions from plants or straw, from fabric or knitted parts. They will not only help you express your attitude to reality, but will also decorate the house, add uniqueness to the interior of your apartment.
Step 2
See what materials you have and what you can get at low cost. In houses where needlework is done, there are always scraps, leftover threads, unnecessary buttons and other little things. In any case, there are several aluminum cans or plastic bottles in the apartment. Here's the foundation for creativity. And in any case, you can always walk into the nearest forest and pick up leaves, cones, acorns there, find wood mushrooms and driftwood of an interesting shape.
Step 3
Go online and see what kinds of creativity others are doing. Take a walk through the profile communities on social networks. There you will find not only examples of works performed in various genres, but also information about the necessary materials and tools, and descriptions of working techniques, and so on.

Start with something small. Before you build the Peter and Paul Fortress out of matches, learn how to make small houses by gluing matches together. If something does not work out, do not stop and do not quit, but think about how to do it and whether some other materials can be used.

A very fertile theme is children's toys. They can be created from literally everything. Take the first shampoo bottle you come across. Remove labels. Use colored tape to make eyes, nose and mouth. Pieces of yarn, scraps, and even straw are suitable for hair. Cut the "hair" into straight strands and glue to the inside of the cork. Tighten the plug. So much for a doll, and if you make a few, you get a theater.
Step 6
You can make doll furniture from aluminum cans. Cut off the part of it where the metal valve with which the can was closed is located. Cut the side surface with strips to the second flat base. The stripes must be the same width. From such a blank, you can make a table, chair or armchair. For the table, divide the strips into 4 bundles. Braid each group of strips in any way known to you - you get legs. For a chair and an armchair, bend some of the strips up. Come up with interesting weaves for the back and handles.
Step 7
If you have pieces of linoleum or tiles left after repairs, make a geometric mosaic out of them for your baby. To do this, you just need to cut the material in the form of squares, triangles, circles, etc. It is better if the tiles are multi-colored. The mosaic can even be made from bright plastic corks. To do this, it is enough just not to throw them away. And if there are a lot of corks and they have different shades, you can think about how to fold and fix the big picture.
Step 8
Learn to look for natural material. Take not all snags that come across under your feet, but those that look like something. Very often the material itself tells the artist what can be done. See what the figurine you found will match. Sculptural plasticine is most suitable as a fastener for crafts, but ordinary clay will do.
Step 9
Pictures can be created from everything. For example, sew a rectangle from a piece of canvas, sew buttons on it, and then tie flowers, butterflies and animals that will be fastened. And not only them - the city as a background and the clip-on cars and figures of people can also be interesting, as well as the seabed with its inhabitants.

If you are not very attracted by quiet domestic joys, and you want something more global, do not hesitate. A summer cottage can be a very suitable place for creativity. An original well shape, a private fountain, a do-it-yourself playground, wicker furniture - this is not a complete list of what you can put your hands on. Even sand is suitable as a material - you can create an interesting composition from it.
