Kikimora is not the most pleasant character in Slavic mythology. It is generally accepted that this creature is hostile to people and does not miss an opportunity to bring them trouble. However, portraying a kikimora is not at all difficult.
Instructions
Step 1
In the legends, there are references to several varieties of kikimor. The most famous is the same "swamp kikimora", an unkind female forest spirit. Less common are references to "domestic" kikimors, in which children who died unbaptized or cursed by their parents turned into.
Step 2
The most recognizable will be the image of the "swamp" kikimora. Most artists portrayed her as a thin, shaggy creature, dressed in shapeless clothes, covered with branches and tufts of grass. There were also kikimors made from living snags: a trunk instead of a body, knotty branches instead of arms, etc.
Step 3
It will be the easiest way to draw such a kikimora snag. Start with the torso and head. Draw two parallel vertical lines. It is perfectly acceptable to make them slightly curved or wavy - driftwood is not perfectly straight.
Step 4
Define mentally the center of the resulting lines. From this point, you can begin to draw the legs of the kikimora. To do this, draw two more inside the two outer lines, giving them an arbitrary shape if desired. To draw the feet, draw short, curving lines from the bottom points (ankles). Thus, the feet should resemble roots.
Step 5
Mark the middle of the top - this is the future shoulder line. The hands of the kikimora can be depicted as branches with knotted fingers. They can be of arbitrary thickness and even length - in the beliefs of people, kikimora can not always boast of a proportional addition.
Step 6
The head of the kikimora may look like a tapering stump with jagged edges. Optionally, you can draw hay or grass hair mixed with long flexible twigs. To depict the eyes, it is enough to draw two circles and paint over them with an arbitrary color. Draw a slightly curved knot for the nose. Optionally, you can decorate the resulting kikimora by adding necklaces and bracelets made of natural materials - cones, nuts, leaves
