Anyone can come up with ditties. Participants in village parties composed them impromptu and performed to the accompaniment of the instrument that was available. Performing ditties with a guitar is one of the first exercises for a beginner guitarist.
It is necessary
- - chord table;
- - piano keyboard (you can use the drawn one, with the designations of the keys);
- - tablature of the main chords;
- - a table of guitar sequences;
- - the text of the ditty.
Instructions
Step 1
Absolutely all ditties can be played on three chords, that is, use the so-called guitar square. If you don't know musical notation at all, use the Guitar Sequence Chart. You can find it, for example, in a tutorial or in the GuitarPro program. The table shows in which key, which chords are basic and which sounds they consist of. These chords are built on the main sound of the tonality - the tonic, as well as on the fourth and fifth steps, that is, the subdominant and dominant. It is convenient to use a drawn piano keyboard with labeled keys to identify the sounds you want. Tonic is a sound that denotes tonality. For example, in A minor this is the note A, it is also A. Having counted four steps from it, you will get the sound D, that is, D, and five, respectively, E or E.
Step 2
Find the chords you need using the guide. The determinant may also contain tablatures, which is very convenient, since you immediately get the opportunity to try to put your fingers on the desired strings and frets. Learn the basic chords and learn how to change them quickly.
Step 3
Master the ditty sequence. It looks like this: S-D-T, that is, the phrase begins with a subdominant, then the dominant follows, which resolves into the tonic. For each half of the ditty, this figure is repeated, and the chords are replaced by the last syllable of each line. In relation to A minor, this scheme looks like this: D-E-A. Having mastered the basic chords, you can include an E minor seventh chord, which is designated as E7.
Step 4
As for the right hand, ditties can be played both with a pinch and with a fight. Plucking is the simplest technique, but the accompaniment sounds less effective than when fighting. The thumb of the right hand picks up the bass, the rest picks other chord sounds. Chastooshkas are written either in two-beat or four-beat, so it is not difficult to keep to the rhythm - the big finger takes the bass for the strong beat, the chord follows the weak.
Step 5
Let's master the pinch, try to play with a fight. The thumb moves in the same way as when pinching. Connect the rest of your fingers and drag them to a weak beat along all the strings, starting with the sixth. This fight can also be performed with the fingernail of the index finger of the right hand. You can also use a descending battle or "eight".
