To decorate the interior, you can very simply create functional art objects with your own hands. One example is a shelf from a drawer.
To make such a useful wall decoration, you will need a desk drawer or utility table (do not throw the drawers along with the old table!), A piece of bright wallpaper, paint, hinges, or a string to hang the drawer on the wall.
1. If the drawer is from an old table, first thoroughly wash it and degrease it.
2. Paint the sides of the box with any bright paint. Do not forget about the safety rules for such work.
3. At the bottom of the drawer, stick a piece of wallpaper or paper that is used to wrap gifts. Self-adhesive film of interesting colors, cotton fabric are also suitable.
4. On the back of the drawer, attach loops or a string to hang the resulting shelf on the wall.
if you want to make the shelf more functional, then before gluing the wallpaper to the bottom of the box, put a piece of tin there, and decorate it to your liking. This technique will allow you to attach notes and photographs to magnets on the back wall of the drawer. Another technique that allows you to achieve this result is to glue a piece of cork to the bottom of the box. In this case, notes and photographs can be attached to decorative buttons or pins.
Make several of these shelves and hang them on the wall. They will allow you to place vases, photographs in frames, and other little things, and all this "wealth" will look quite harmonious.
