Step 1
First you need to make the basis for the future New Year's beauty. The most convenient from the point of view of further finishing is considered to be a foam cone. To make it, a cone-shaped figure should be cut out of a thick piece of foam. In the event that the existing foam has a small width, then first you need to glue the two pieces together. It is best to cut the workpiece with a hot or very sharp knife.
Step 2
The base for a homemade Christmas tree can also be made of thick cardboard or use ordinary pre-washed carrots for these purposes.

Next, we string the existing marmalade on toothpicks.

When all the marmalade is strung, alternately insert the toothpicks into the prepared cone-shaped workpiece. It is best to start this process from the base of the cone, moving upward in a circle.
