Therefore, the wisest decision would be to simply cut out the fragment you like and revise it for your pleasure.

Step 1
To begin with, we need an editor program focused on working with video files. Software of this kind is a whole wagon. The most popular ones are Sony Vegas, Pinnacle and Movie Maker.

The first two programs are developed by independent companies. But the third is a child of the creativity of Bill Gates and his team, namely, the development of Microsoft. Therefore, we can conclude that this video editing application is part of the Windows operating system. Therefore, you can easily and free of charge start working with it.

We launch the program. If you have any questions about the location of Movie Maker, then you should look for it in the "Entertainment" tab. Although this program, as a rule, is on a par with all in the general tab "All programs".

Then select the movie from which you want to cut a fragment, and transfer it to the storyboard (the line at the bottom of the window splits the movie into frames).
