It is less and less common to meet people who have never taken part in a paintball game in their lives. For some time now, this type of active recreation has become very popular both for corporate trips to nature, and as an opportunity to unwind and get new impressions for a friendly company. In order for nothing to overshadow your participation in this game, you need to prepare for it.

Instructions

Step 1

Dress in a practical way. First of all, your paintball clothing should be one of those things that you don't mind getting dirty. Despite the fact that the water-soluble paint used for paintballs is easy to clean and absolutely safe, you will still actively move on the playing field and may tear your clothes or put a clay stain on it, for example, a stain. Wear old but comfortable and sturdy jeans and the same jacket or sportswear that does not hinder your movements.

Step 2

Keep in mind that you need to dress for the paintball according to the weather. Despite the fact that you will have to move actively and you may be sweating, you should not dress too lightly - especially for the game, which is played during the cold season. In general, it is preferable to wear such things that cover the maximum surface of your body - a turtleneck instead of a T-shirt, jeans instead of shorts, and so on. The fact is that getting a paintball into an uncovered part of a person's body is not a pleasant sensation, and even one layer of fabric will help to weaken it.

Step 3

On your feet, put on something comfortable, with a slip-resistant sole and securely fixing your ankle. Good high-tops, running shoes, or ankle boots will work. If a paintball tournament is being held in winter, think in advance about how to prevent snow from getting into your shoes - this is terribly unpleasant, and even more unpleasant to continue playing with wet shoes.

Step 4

Use preferably natural colors - green, beige, gray and brown, as well as black - in paintball clothing. At the paintball club, you will be given a camouflage uniform for rent, the color of which allows the person wearing it to become less visible on the terrain. If you are wearing, for example, a bright orange hat, then this catchy color spot will turn you into an excellent target, and you will have to watch the further course of the game from the sidelines.

Step 5

Be sure to bring a spare set of clothing with you. Even if you do not plan to share your impressions of it for a long time after the end of the game, but would like to get home as soon as possible, in any case it is more pleasant to go back to the city in clean and dry clothes, not wet from rain and sweat and clothes soiled in mud. … In addition, in many regions, from April to November, there is a high activity of the so-called pasture ticks, which carry deadly diseases. When changing clothes, you can look around carefully, and it is better to pack the clothes in which you took part in the game in an airtight bag and wash immediately upon arrival home. If there were mites on it, then when washed using high temperature water, they will die.
