In the first years of a child's life, it is important to pay special attention to the development of his fine motor skills, color perception, understanding the correspondence of the shape and size of the object. All of these skills are easiest to learn through games, and all the necessary items can be made by yourself.

Instructions
Step 1
Use plasticine and colored cardboard. Cut out colored details such as the wings of a butterfly or the outline of a green tree. Glue the items onto the cardboard. Roll small balls 4-7 mm in diameter from colored pieces of plasticine, place them in saucers or lids from baby food jars. Invite your toddler to decorate the cardboard image with dots. If the child is still very young, place one plasticine ball on the drawing, take your index finger in your hands and gently flatten it. The creation of such a game will take you no more than 10 minutes, when the kid masters it, you can offer him to glue plasticine sausages to the cardboard. If for some reason the child does not like playing with plasticine, tear up colored napkins and roll soft balls from small pieces. They can be glued with pencil glue.
Step 2
Pick up a few pieces of fabric and faux fur. It is important that the material is different in texture and color, this will allow the child to understand the difference between soft and hard, solid or colored. Peel off the protective film from the double-sided tape, place the material on it. Cut out different shapes - rectangles, circles, hearts, stars, and flowers. Invite your toddler to peel off the second protective layer and glue the shapes to a surface, such as a creative board. If the tape is good enough, you can peel off the element several times and glue it back on. As you progress through the lesson, tell your child about the names of the shapes and the color.
Step 3
Cut out different pictures from a magazine and glue them onto cardboard. Boys will definitely love cars from auto magazines, and girls will love dresses or handbags. Shuffle the cards and have the little ones place items of the same color in different containers, such as baskets or containers. So, firstly, they will quickly remember the names, and secondly, they will identify color matches.
Step 4
Collect flat magnets. Glue pictures from magazines, letters or figurines sculpted from salted text on them. By the way, they can be made together with the child using molds. Put on a small show on a metal board or refrigerator. You can also place edible or inedible objects, furniture or animals, geometric shapes in different parts of the plane.
