A laser sight is used to aim small arms at a target while firing at an arbitrary target. The sight beam forms a red light spot on the target, which greatly facilitates the aiming process and increases the accuracy of shooting. You can make such a sight yourself.

It is necessary

Chinese laser (pointer), small flashlight, cold welding, epoxy glue, second glue

Instructions

Step 1

If the laser is simply glued, it will go astray. Therefore, it needs to be disassembled. It will not work to pull out the laser with the optics; for this, take the side cutters and tear the case in a spiral. Unscrew the front. Remove the plastic sleeve and take out the spring and lens. Remember the position of the lens. With glue "second" glue the lens to the threaded sleeve. Install the spring and reassemble the assembly in the reverse order. Do not overtighten the sleeve, only lightly bait.

Step 2

Carefully remove the board with the LED and the resistor from the case, remove the button. Unscrew the front of the flashlight. Take an insulated washer and screw a suitable bolt into its hole. Solder the wires to the bolt and the body of the flashlight. Insert a washer into the front of the flashlight and cold weld it. This will be the power source for the laser. Remove the native button from the laser. Solder the wires to the laser head. "Plus" - from the edge of the board, and "minus" - to the place where the button was soldered.

Step 3

Turn on the button on the flashlight. If the laser is off, swap the wires. Coat the slot where the laser board is inserted with epoxy glue. Slide the board back into the slot. While the glue dries, try to set a good point. Aim the laser at a light-colored wall, the greater the distance the better. By screwing or unscrewing the front sleeve with the lens and slightly changing the position of the board in the grooves, achieve a clear round point without streaks. Glue the thread with glue "second", turn off and let dry for about 15 minutes. File all unnecessary files.

Step 4

Unscrew the aiming bar. Clean out the area for the laser. Try to mount the laser and see its point through the barrel. To do this, you need to break the rifle and secure it to the edge of the table using a ruler and two stacks of books, or in any other way. Glue the laser in place with epoxy glue. Look through the barrel, you should see the laser point exactly in the middle.

Step 5

While the glue dries (5-8 minutes), control the accuracy of the setting. Look through the barrel at a distance of a meter. This is much more accurate. Next, coat the laser with cold welding, stretch the wires to the stock. Attach the flashlight to the handle. You can install a button under your thumb on the comb of the grip. And the batteries (batteries) in the butt.

Step 6

Turn on the laser and place the cross hair on the dot. So you made your own laser sight.
